Main Rotor Holder Arms, SXT Version for ALIGN T-Rex 550/600 Series Helicopters
The Main Rotor Holder Arms, SXT Version, are designed as a bolt-in upgrade for the latest ALIGN Metal Rotor Holders to optimize the cyclic/collective control geometry for Flybarless flight. By extending the arms further from the central Main Shaft and optimizing the mounting location for perfect, 90 degree alignment to the flight mechanics, increased servo travel and resultant control resolution is observed. The arms were extended to provide a 8-12 point increase in Collective Travel and Cyclic Throw for the Mikado™ VBAR® Flybarless System, as well as increase the resolution for the BeastX® Flybarless System (resultant blue light) and other mainstream systems.
The Main Rotor Holder Arms, SXT Version, are used in the KDE Direct T-Rex 550/600 Series SXT Main Rotor Head System and provide a series of enhancements for optimal servo resolution, robust strength, and improved flight mechanics. Please review the full system for more details.
Update: All current production now includes (2) KDE Direct 550/600/700/800 Series Control Linkage Balls, SXT for optimal flight mechanics and alignment. If an older kit was purchased or replacements are needed, the Control Linkage Balls, SXT are available separately as a kit (CBL-SXT5).
